The Lighthouse team is growing! We are excited to welcome Kendra to our team at Lighthouse Psychiatry. This growth reflects our commitment to expanding our services and providing quality care.

A little bit about Kendra…

Kendra received a BA from University of Oregon and a Masters Degree in Counseling from University of Phoenix. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and is EMDR trained to help clients work through past trauma experiences. She is committed to providing her clients with a supportive and compassionate therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and growth. She empowers clients to develop insight, confidence, and trust in themselves, moving forward with solutions for positive change. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns & divorce, codependency, substance abuse/addiction, life transitions, and women’s issues.

This expansion at Lighthouse Psychiatry allows us to better serve our community with more comprehensive mental health services. The growth of our team ensures that we can meet the increasing demand for mental health support.

Kendra works with individuals ages 16 to adult to process traumas, lessen anxiety, and overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors. She has a special passion working with older adolescents and young adults who are experiencing difficulty with the transition into adult levels of independence and responsibility.

In her free time, Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband, playing tennis, and yoga.

Tristan is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and has an extensive background in mental health. Tristan has worked closely with innovative alternative treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Transcranial Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy), to support individuals in their mental health journey. Tristan is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges by providing a safe and supportive environment. He integrates evidence-based practices with individualized treatment plans, striving to empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.


In his spare time, Tristan enjoys watching sports such as football and baseball, exercising at the gym, playing video games, and spending time with family.
